About the role
- You develop strategies and implement measures to win back existing customers.
- You are responsible for independently performing quantitative analyses of initiatives and customer journeys, deriving actionable recommendations, and translating them into a business case.
- You are responsible for the final coordination and approval of communication materials and campaign briefings, as well as the approval of test concepts and scenarios.
- You monitor performance across sales channels, identify improvement opportunities, and define actions to increase performance.
- You manage all relevant stakeholders — such as product marketing, brand, agencies, finance, sales channels, operations, technology, digital, and data analytics — to ensure decisions are made and implemented.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Deep expertise in customer retention/loyalty marketing, ideally in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong analytical skills, an independent working style, assertiveness, and excellent conceptual abilities.
- Solid commercial acumen and experience working with relevant KPIs to evaluate business performance.
- Experience in cross-functional teams and a strong interest in agile working methods.
- Very good English skills (C1 CEFR).
