About the role

  • Lead recruitment efforts for assigned vacancies, ensuring timely and high-quality hires aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to manage offers effectively, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with internal policies.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, offering strategic guidance on sourcing channels.
  • Resolve candidate and hiring manager escalations, driving positive experiences and high Net Promoter Scores.
  • Advocate for candidates by ensuring clear communication and promoting VOIS’s employer brand.
  • Perform administrative tasks using HR systems and processes to support recruitment operations.

Requirements

  • Proficient in German (C1 level preferred) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Graduate in business or a related HR discipline; recruitment-related accreditation (e.g. SHL) is desirable.
  • Possess basic knowledge of HR systems, resourcing, and talent acquisition.
  • Strong analytical and time-management skills, with the ability to optimise workflows.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
