About the role
- Support process design, operational management, and business transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with the PMO & Business Support team to ensure operational health across multiple central activities, including presales, project and programme delivery, and transition to operations.
- Drive process improvements, standardising best practices, and enhancing customer experience through effective stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Telco or IT industry.
- Highly organised, analytical, and curious, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in stakeholder management within complex organisations.
- Basic understanding of business operations and project management principles.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of finance and risk management.
- Proficient in digital collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, MS Engage).
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Jira, and Confluence.
- Advanced SharePoint capabilities and knowledge of Power BI (advantageous).
- Agile and PRINCE2/PMI certifications are desirable.
