About the role

  • Collaborate with the team towards improving and implementing Data Governance frameworks
  • Work with Functional Data Owners to ensure data are properly documented and policies are followed
  • Manage systems to keep data legal, organized, safe, accessible, and valuable
  • Collaborate closely with other Data Teams and IT colleagues to improve Data Governance adoption
  • Manage workflows for updating the data library and streamline data processes
  • Act as the Finance Functional Data Officer (FDO) and ensure the consistency and completeness of Data Warehouse metadata
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and automation

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • At least 1 year of experience working with data, preferable in telecommunications
  • Understanding of Data Governance, Analytics, Visualization, and Data Warehousing concepts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both IT and Business communities
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and tools
  • Skilled in SQL
  • Experience with Collibra or similar data governance tools, Python and SPSS Modeler is a plus
