About the role

  • Increase VF market share acquiring new accounts and achieving the Quota
  • Ensure adherence to VF policies and procedures
  • Manage people training calendar plan
  • Provide ongoing positive feedback and coaching
  • Ensure smooth communication with VF channels
  • Maintain proper and consistent cross-operation within all channels
  • Develop succession plans for individual team members
  • Conduct periodic meetings with staff
  • Ensure delivery against KPI's

Requirements

  • BA in Business, preferably in Business Administration
  • 5-6 years of successful sales experience
  • PC knowledge: Computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
