About the role
- Review and validate order information received from Sales teams
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Liaise across all teams involved in the sales process to meet SLA commitments
- Resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience
- Submit account and material creation requests as needed
- Enter clean orders into designated business systems (e.g., BSP)
- Keep systems updated with accurate information
- Perform quality checks and support process improvement initiatives
- Attend operational and team meetings as required
Requirements
- Experienced in Telecom domain and Order-to-Cash cycle
- Skilled in customer excellence and value mapping
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power Apps is an advantage
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
