About the role

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategies and market conditions.
  • Conduct intake meetings to define job specifications and create accurate, inclusive job descriptions.
  • Partner with Sourcing Specialists to execute recruitment strategies and define search criteria.
  • Represent VOIS at hiring events and job fairs, promoting the employer brand.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments with hiring teams.
  • Conduct HR interviews focused on values alignment and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely updates in internal tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with TA Coordinators to manage interview scheduling and documentation.
  • Ensure timely feedback from interview panels and communicate outcomes to relevant parties.
  • Release offers, negotiate terms, and manage candidate queries in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, Global CoE standards, and legal requirements.
  • Champion candidate advocacy and contribute to a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Train hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment tools.
  • Resolve escalations from hiring managers and candidates professionally.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of Talent Acquisition strategies and participate in related projects.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to support their development.
  • Share market insights and trends to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Promote a consistent and inclusive employer brand across all recruitment channels.
  • Provide cross-country support across EU markets when required.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 3+ years of experience in corporate or staffing recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Boolean search logic and recruitment technologies (ATS, LinkedIn, AI-driven tools).
  • Skilled in organisational and time management with an analytical mindset.
