Business Development Rep

• Lead the strategic alignment of Vodafone UK with MOD
• Ensure readiness to pursue multi million pound contracts
• Bridge commercial strategy, stakeholder engagement and bid orchestration
• Define and implement the defence sector growth strategy
• Build a cross functional bid readiness programme covering partnerships, capability alignment, compliance and governance
• Lead engagement within Defence and key industry primes to build visibility and influence
• Develop a network of strategic relationships across Defence and Defence Partners
• Establish the steering group to ensure all business units are mobilised for strategic opportunities
• Drive capture planning, competitor analysis and win theme development
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships and subcontractors that enhance delivery and capability.
