Requirements

- You have excellent communication skills: clear, confident, and persuasive.
- You’re coachable and eager to learn — you want feedback and act on it quickly.
- You’re resilient: every “no” brings you closer to a “yes.”
- It’s a plus if you have experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or any role where persuasion and resilience were key.
- It’s also a plus if you have experience with Attio (CRM).
