About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the Swiss Army knife between our clients, our product, and internal teams.
  • Ensure every client onboarding and project runs smoothly while building the operational building blocks that allow Vocca to scale faster and smarter.
  • Lead onboarding for new clients and configure the solution to meet their needs.
  • Manage enterprise client projects: define scope, plan, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Solve client-specific challenges with creativity and strong problem-solving.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience and drive long-term satisfaction.
  • Identify bottlenecks in internal workflows and simplify processes.
  • Proactively design and implement new processes to accelerate deployments.
  • Improve cross-team communication (product, engineering, sales) so information flows faster and more clearly.
  • Structure client feedback and channel it into the product roadmap.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Highly pragmatic, organized, and client-oriented.
  • Enjoy working with tools and processes to ensure things run smoothly.
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy bringing structure to a high-paced setting.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients, operations, sales, and engineers.
  • Enjoy simplifying complexity, improving workflows, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Fluent in French.
  • Experience with billing systems, CRMs, and reporting automation is a plus.
  • Basic familiarity with data science concepts (for dashboards and metrics) is a plus.
  • Experience at a startup or tech scale-up is a plus.
