About the role
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle
- Make initial prospecting calls, run demos, and lead first sales conversations
- Independently close straightforward deals
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with at least 30 active opportunities at various stages
- Refine call scripts and email sequences
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth deployments
- Identify weak signals from the field and relay them to the product roadmap
- Manage complex sales cycles (groups, multi-site engagements, multiple stakeholders)
- Help structure and evolve the sales playbook
- Participate in onboarding and training for new Sales hires (coaching, sharing learnings)
- Own selected strategic accounts (long-term follow-up and expansion)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (SDR, Business Development, AE, etc.)
- Proven ability to close and manage short- and medium-length sales cycles
- Experience closing enterprise accounts
- Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a startup environment: fast-paced, demanding, and iterative
- Strong preference for fieldwork, education, and having a tangible impact
- Native-level French and strong written and spoken English
- Preferably experienced in healthcare, AI, B2B SaaS, or the medical sector
- Familiarity with Attio, Notion, Slack, and Apollo
- Existing network in healthcare (associations, groups, practitioners) is a plus
