About the role

  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle
  • Make initial prospecting calls, run demos, and lead first sales conversations
  • Independently close straightforward deals
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with at least 30 active opportunities at various stages
  • Refine call scripts and email sequences
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth deployments
  • Identify weak signals from the field and relay them to the product roadmap
  • Manage complex sales cycles (groups, multi-site engagements, multiple stakeholders)
  • Help structure and evolve the sales playbook
  • Participate in onboarding and training for new Sales hires (coaching, sharing learnings)
  • Own selected strategic accounts (long-term follow-up and expansion)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (SDR, Business Development, AE, etc.)
  • Proven ability to close and manage short- and medium-length sales cycles
  • Experience closing enterprise accounts
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment: fast-paced, demanding, and iterative
  • Strong preference for fieldwork, education, and having a tangible impact
  • Native-level French and strong written and spoken English
  • Preferably experienced in healthcare, AI, B2B SaaS, or the medical sector
  • Familiarity with Attio, Notion, Slack, and Apollo
  • Existing network in healthcare (associations, groups, practitioners) is a plus
