About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the customer's point of contact via email, phone, or chat
- Serve as the internal focal point for resolving customer-related challenges
- Triage incoming tickets and carefully assess requests, determining whether to escalate to other teams and classifying urgency
- Manage internal communication to minimize response time to the customer
- Assist with operational procedures related to tool implementation for clients
- Build relationships with customers through support, aiming to increase loyalty
- Propose improvements to internal workflows and recommend actions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty based on support experience
- Drive the evolution of support processes by leveraging AI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Architecture and Urbanism, Interior Design, or Engineering
- Willingness to support and assist our customers in resolving problems
- Planning and organizational skills
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and mediation skills
- Ability to work well in a team, with flexibility to adapt to change
- Curiosity and openness to learn and use AI solutions in daily work
