Customer Success – Civil Engineering and Architecture

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the best possible experience for customers, from onboarding to daily adoption, providing proactive guidance for optimal use of the platform
- Conduct onboarding, ongoing follow-ups, and communications with our new clients
- Support the product team in continuous platform improvement by collecting customer feedback and identifying ways to increase engagement and delivered value
- Monitor KPIs and prevent churn across the customer portfolio
- Identify more efficient ways to unblock customers' implementation journeys, leveraging technology, automation, and AI to accelerate adoption and reduce implementation friction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Prior experience in customer experience operations, preferably at technology or SaaS companies (a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Investigative, curious mindset for problem-solving
- Interest in and familiarity with AI and automation tools, using them daily to increase productivity and improve processes
- Empathy to understand and guide customers
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
