Customer Support and Experience Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the customer's point of contact via email, phone, or chat
- Serve as the internal focal point for resolving customer-related issues
- Triage incoming tickets and carefully analyze requests, assessing whether they should be escalated to other teams and prioritizing by urgency
- Manage internal communication to minimize customer response times
- Assist with operational procedures related to the implementation of the tool for clients
- Build relationships with customers through support, aiming to increase retention
- Propose improvements to internal workflows and suggest actions that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty based on support experience
- Work to improve support processes through the use of AI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience
- Willingness to provide support and assist customers in resolving issues
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Good analytical, facilitation, and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work well in a team, with flexibility to handle change
- Curiosity and openness to learn and use AI solutions in daily work
