About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the customer's point of contact via email, phone, or chat
  • Serve as the internal focal point for resolving customer-related issues
  • Triage incoming tickets and carefully analyze requests, assessing whether they should be escalated to other teams and prioritizing by urgency
  • Manage internal communication to minimize customer response times
  • Assist with operational procedures related to the implementation of the tool for clients
  • Build relationships with customers through support, aiming to increase retention
  • Propose improvements to internal workflows and suggest actions that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty based on support experience
  • Work to improve support processes through the use of AI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience
  • Willingness to provide support and assist customers in resolving issues
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Good analytical, facilitation, and reconciliation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team, with flexibility to handle change
  • Curiosity and openness to learn and use AI solutions in daily work
