About the role

  • Ensure the best possible customer experience, from onboarding through daily adoption, by providing proactive guidance for optimal platform use
  • Conduct onboarding, follow-up routines, and communications with our new clients
  • Assist the product team in continuous platform improvement by collecting customer feedback and identifying ways to increase engagement and delivered value
  • Monitor KPIs and prevent churn across the customer portfolio

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Investigative, curious mindset for problem-solving
  • Empathy to understand and guide customers
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in customer experience/operations, preferably at technology or SaaS companies (a plus)
