About the role
- Ensure the best possible customer experience, from onboarding to daily adoption, providing proactive guidance for optimal use of the platform
- Conduct onboarding, follow-up routines, and ongoing communication with new customers
- Support the product team in the platform's continuous improvement by collecting customer feedback and identifying ways to increase engagement and delivered value
- Monitor KPIs and prevent customer churn
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Investigative and curious mindset for problem-solving
- Empathy to understand and guide customers
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in customer experience operations, preferably at technology or SaaS companies (a plus)
