About the role

  • Ensure the best possible customer experience, from onboarding to daily adoption, providing proactive guidance for optimal use of the platform
  • Conduct onboarding, follow-up routines, and ongoing communication with new customers
  • Support the product team in the platform's continuous improvement by collecting customer feedback and identifying ways to increase engagement and delivered value
  • Monitor KPIs and prevent customer churn

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Investigative and curious mindset for problem-solving
  • Empathy to understand and guide customers
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in customer experience operations, preferably at technology or SaaS companies (a plus)
