About the role
- Define and maintain the test architecture using Playwright
- Create tests for critical scenarios and recurring bugs
- Support developers in writing effective test cases
- Review and ensure the quality of squads' tests
- Explore and implement security tests (basic pentesting) and performance tests
- Serve as the team's technical reference for quality
Requirements
- Strong experience with test automation (preferably Playwright)
- Ability to define a scalable test architecture
- Knowledge of API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end (E2E) testing
- Good communication skills to influence developers without direct authority
- Plus: experience with security testing/pentesting
- Familiarity with load/stress testing (k6, Artillery, etc.)
- Experience in teams where developers are responsible for their own tests
