About the role
- Define and maintain the test architecture using Playwright
- Create tests for critical scenarios and recurring bugs
- Support developers in writing good test cases
- Review and ensure the quality of squads' tests
- Explore and implement security testing (basic pentest) and performance testing
- Serve as the technical quality reference for the team
Requirements
- Solid experience with test automation (Playwright preferred)
- Ability to define a scalable test architecture
- Knowledge of API, integration and end-to-end (e2e) testing
- Strong communication skills to influence developers without direct authority
- Experience with security testing/pentesting
- Knowledge of load and stress testing (k6, Artillery, etc.)
- Experience working in teams where developers are responsible for their own tests
