About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with clients.
- Understand business challenges, objectives, and success metrics.
- Challenge clients using your expertise to best guide the design of their project.
- Write detailed functional specifications.
- Design the functional solution on InsideBoard.
- Configure the InsideBoard platform from a functional perspective.
- Collaborate with the Data Integration team to define data flows.
- Work with the Technical Account Manager on authentication, security, and functional architecture.
- Define test scenarios.
- Conduct functional acceptance testing.
- Ensure the solution conforms to specifications before production deployment.
- Support clients in their engagement and communication strategy.
- Create content on the platform (posts, challenges, journeys).
- Advise on user adoption and engagement strategies.
- Relay client feedback to the Product team and propose improvements.
- Participate in pre-sales activities (demos, mock-ups).
- Support partners on functional matters.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design, or functional consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong understanding of digital adoption, marketing, and change-management issues.
- Proficiency with digital tools and SaaS environments.
- Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English.
- Ideally familiar with and experienced in CRM/ERP tools.
