About the role

  • Deploy an AI acculturation and adoption program: propose and structure a support program for business teams.
  • Promote adoption of a use-case prioritization method and ROI calculation, notably with the Head of Data.
  • Organize and facilitate strategic workshops: contribute to defining the client's AI roadmap (the study will be led by seniors, with your active support).
  • Conduct research and benchmark analysis (factoring, leasing, specialist banking, and cross-sector: luxury, retail, insurance).
  • Design the acculturation program (structure, exercises, practical case studies).
  • Create prompt libraries by function (5 roles × 10 prompts).
  • Draft detailed scoping documents (3 cases: objective, scope, data, dependencies, timeline, KPIs, ROI).
  • Analyze and enrich the 18 existing use cases.
  • Conduct business/stakeholder interviews.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7–8 years' experience in consulting/transformation.
  • Experience within the banking/financial services ecosystem.
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for Data & AI topics.
  • Proven experience in change management on AI projects.
  • Good understanding of leasing and factoring business lines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (C-suite / executive level).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure deliverables.
  • Comfortable producing materials (slides) and facilitating workshops.
