About the role

  • Administration and optimization of digital training platforms.
  • Management of cross-functional digital projects in coordination with HR, IT, Data teams and external partners.
  • Data governance: reliability, KPI monitoring and reporting.
  • International rollout of projects and harmonization of practices.
  • Change management: communication, community engagement and tool adoption.
  • Simultaneous management and prioritization of multiple strategic projects.
  • Leading the migration of a training platform (scoping, transition, data and security management).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital project management, ideally in an LMS / Digital Learning environment (360Learning, TalentLMS, TeachOnMars, ...).
  • Ability to take initiative, propose continuous improvements and contribute to the optimization of practices and tools.
  • Strong command of LMS platforms and digital content management tools (experience with CMS environments such as Contentful or AEM is a plus).
  • Understanding of digital technical environments and proficiency with project management / ticketing tools.
  • Strong sensitivity to digital culture, user experience and the performance of online learning solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and a strong appetite for change management.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is required.
