About the role
- Understand and analyze hiring needs
- Gather and assess recruitment requirements from hiring managers, business teams, and operational leaders
- Challenge and refine requirements to define the most relevant target profiles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (Full-Cycle Recruitment)
- Oversee the entire hiring process: briefing, sourcing, interviews, coordination, negotiation, and salary offers
- Work on a variety of hires: developers, data architects, data engineers, Salesforce experts, IT consultants, managers, and commercial profiles
- Identify and leverage the best sourcing channels
- Implement targeted headhunting strategies for tech, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles
- Assess and select candidates
- Conduct in-depth HR interviews
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and commercial teams
- Represent VO2 Group professionally to candidates and in the market.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–8 years of senior recruitment experience
- Familiarity with roles in tech, digital, or consulting
- Ability to recruit a wide range of technical profiles (IT, data, cloud, Salesforce)
- Comfortable sourcing high-value and hard-to-find profiles
- Excellent interpersonal skills, advisory mindset, and business partner attitude
- Organized, methodical, and able to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously
- Curious, proactive, and highly interested in tech market trends
- Languages: Fluent French & professional-level English required
