About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on developing and expanding the client portfolio for the Labor Legal Services area, focusing on prospecting and opportunity generation;
Participate in consultative meetings with clients and potential clients, identifying needs and proposing strategic legal solutions;
Prepare commercial proposals, scopes of work, and technical presentations related to labor law services;
Provide ongoing client follow-up to ensure aligned expectations and strengthen relationships;
Monitor legislation, case law, and trends in Labor and Employment Law, converting technical information into business opportunities;
Support the development and improvement of internal processes, promoting greater integration between commercial and legal teams;
Maintain and track indicators, dashboards, and internal controls related to the portfolio and area performance;
Contribute to client retention, growth, and loyalty strategies;
Support leadership with operational, administrative, and strategic matters within the department.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree with active OAB registration
Prior experience in Labor Law (approximately 3 years, including internships)
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Labor Law (advantage).
