About the role
- Provide technical know-how to Sales teams and act as an equal partner in sales engagements
- Provide product demonstrations and assist potential customers in Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Present technical value proposition of VMRay products during early sales phases
- Guide and support prospects throughout the evaluation phase of the sales process
- Provide technical training to channel partners, prospects, and customers
- Deliver demonstrations during webinars, events, and industry trade shows
- Answer and construct RFPs to position products properly for large enterprise customers
- Communicate customer feedback to the VMRay Products Team
Requirements
- University degree in IT (or another relevant field) or a completed vocational training as IT specialist
- 3-5 years of experience in technical pre-sales roles
- Strong technical background preferably in cybersecurity
- Troubleshooting and working experience with Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of networking infrastructure and protocols
- Exceptional ability to present and communicate with both technical and sales functions
- Willingness to work with colleagues and customers across time zones
- Knowledge in scripting and programming beneficial
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English
- Ability to be self-driven and motivated
