About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise healthcare organizations on strategy development, organizational transformation, transaction advisory, and other high-impact business initiatives
- Develop sophisticated financial models and analytical frameworks to evaluate acquisitions, new service lines, capital investments, and other strategic opportunities
- Analyze financial, operational, competitive, and market data to identify opportunities, assess risk, and support executive decision-making
- Conduct strategic assessments, market analyses, feasibility studies, and transaction-related due diligence
- Translate complex quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear, executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams throughout all phases of client engagements
- Build trusted relationships with clients through participation in executive meetings, presentations, workshops, and site visits
- Support business development through proposal development, industry research, thought leadership, and conference presentations
- Manage multiple client engagements while consistently delivering high-quality work within established timelines
- Stay informed on emerging healthcare trends, market dynamics, reimbursement models, and industry developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, management consulting, transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate strategy, corporate finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical environment
- Experience developing financial models and applying quantitative analysis to evaluate strategic business opportunities
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
