About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive growth and partnerships that shape the future of financial wellbeing.
  • Responsible for expanding and further developing our sales activities — initially in Switzerland, with a medium-term view to international expansion.
  • Design and implement Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Build sustainable partnerships and position vlot as the leading B2B platform for financial wellbeing in the market.
  • Actively acquire new business opportunities and grow the vlot B2B customer base.
  • Responsible for the development of sales tools, KPIs, monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent qualification (FH / HWV)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the insurance or financial services sector with demonstrable success in sales, business development or product management (life insurance, brokerage, pension funds, asset management)
  • Technical affinity (Fintech / InsurTech) and ideally experience in omnichannel sales (pension funds, brokers, tied agents)
  • Understanding of the European insurance and financial markets and an interest in startups and digitalization
  • Strong conceptual and presentation skills (especially PowerPoint)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday) and CRM systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Languages: Fluent in Swiss German and English; knowledge of at least one additional language (Italian, French or Spanish) required
