About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive growth and partnerships that shape the future of financial wellbeing.
- Responsible for expanding and further developing our sales activities — initially in Switzerland, with a medium-term view to international expansion.
- Design and implement Go-to-Market strategies.
- Build sustainable partnerships and position vlot as the leading B2B platform for financial wellbeing in the market.
- Actively acquire new business opportunities and grow the vlot B2B customer base.
- Responsible for the development of sales tools, KPIs, monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent qualification (FH / HWV)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the insurance or financial services sector with demonstrable success in sales, business development or product management (life insurance, brokerage, pension funds, asset management)
- Technical affinity (Fintech / InsurTech) and ideally experience in omnichannel sales (pension funds, brokers, tied agents)
- Understanding of the European insurance and financial markets and an interest in startups and digitalization
- Strong conceptual and presentation skills (especially PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday) and CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Languages: Fluent in Swiss German and English; knowledge of at least one additional language (Italian, French or Spanish) required
