Key responsibilities & impact

You are the link between the brand, content and the community.
You develop creative TikTok and Instagram content ideas.
You create original content (video, stories, trends).
You actively interact with our community (DMs, comments).
You maintain close contact with our customers.
You respond to customer inquiries via email and social media.
You assist with questions, feedback and issues related to our products and orders.
You identify recurring topics and propose improvements.
You recognize what can go viral and implement it independently.
