About the role
- Campaign setup & optimization
- Support in setting up Meta Ads campaigns
- Ongoing optimizations (budget shifts, creative tests, A/B tests)
- Creative testing & content selection
- Analysis of creatives and derivation of hypotheses for new tests
- Collaboration with the social media team to select suitable image and video formats
- Preparation of simple creative briefs for new test variants
- Performance analysis
- Creation of weekly reports (KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM)
- Derivation of optimizations based on data
- Analysis of funnel performance
- Support with landing pages & funnels
- Coordination with the team on landing pages required for campaigns
- Review of the user experience and recommendations for conversion optimization
- Market and competitor analysis
- Monitoring trends in Paid Social
- Research on competitors and their ads
- Creation of inspiration boards for new campaign ideas
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing
- Good understanding of social media
- Content creation and online communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement digital marketing strategies
- Experience managing social media channels
- Ability to produce creative content
- Capacity to make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with relevant tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CMS (e.g., Shopify, WordPress)
- Knowledge of graphic and content tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Analytical skills
- An eye for trends
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of brand building and audience communication
- Experience in project management
- Experience creating reports
- Experience working in digital teams
