About the role
- Prospect and develop new B2B accounts (retailers, distributors, exporters)
- Follow up on inbound leads
- Present inventory opportunities to buyers
- Assist in managing deal flow and closing transactions
- Build and maintain long-term buyer relationships
- Support CEO on strategic sales initiatives
- Manage CRM system and maintain accurate buyer data
- Integrate new contacts into CRM workflows
- Develop, launch, and oversee email marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimizing outreach strategy
Requirements
- Florida-based (must be local)
- Available to work in-office 2–3 times per week during the first few weeks
- After ramp-up: hybrid / work-from-home flexibility
- Driven, competitive, and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Sales experience preferred (B2B a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms required
- Comfortable integrating contacts, organizing pipelines, and overseeing campaign implementation
