About the role
- Deployment of Vizrt products into production environments.
- Managing all aspects of system setup, configuration, customization, and testing.
- Active communication with various stakeholders including end-users, developers, and technical staff.
- Documentation of deployed systems and configurations.
- Lead the installation and advanced configuration of Vizrt products and systems.
- Develop custom modules and code using third-party APIs.
- Regularly participate in project team meetings and daily stand-up meetings.
- Effectively manage code and patches in a coherent and structured way.
- Ensure the accuracy of time-reporting and other project-related administrative tasks.
- Collect and share enhanced knowledge and customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts within the organization.
- Help to build a Customer Success mindset across the organization through effective partnership working, advocacy and professionalism as a member of the Global Services team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a similar field.
- A strong understanding of television studio operations is essential.
- Experience working with other broadcast systems is necessary, such as newsroom systems, vision mixers, and playout servers.
- 2+ years of system engineering experience working in a broadcast IT or enterprise software
- environment, with focus on automation or on-air graphics. Knowledge and experience of Vizrt Mosart product is ideally required.
- 2+ years of experience with troubleshooting integrations between systems.
- Familiarity with technologies such as XML, REST, and SOAP.
- Experience working with Viz Mosart automation would be an advantage.
