About the role
- Support oversight of overall P&L for Facilities Optimization and Solutions Center of Excellence.
- Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects/initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and performance metrics are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior leaders, including C-suite executives.
- Communicate business cases and expertise with clarity to influence executive decision-making.
- Support business development through relationship building, lead generation, and participation in sales activities.
- Contribute to practice growth by publishing thought leadership, speaking at conferences, and generating new ideas.
- Provide coaching and mentoring on project execution, data analysis techniques, and strategic data application.
- Combine and interpret data from multiple sources to deliver strategic insights and innovative solutions.
- Proactively communicate project status, facilitate meetings, and create compelling communications for senior audiences.
- Manage large or cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in consulting, analytics, health care supply chain procurement.
- Understanding of both clinical and non-clinical activities and processes within the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Ability to positively interact with senior executives, providers, and staff at all levels.
- Proficient in the use of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills required.
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
