About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Champion, lead, and coordinate non-labor spend management for assigned accounts
- Develop and execute account plans, project plans, and work plans
- Engage client leadership on challenges across non-labor spend categories
- Navigate client governance to secure decisions and drive adoption
- Own value realization for the spend roadmap
- Deliver influential value propositions and decision making narratives
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Lead regular internal team meetings for workplan progress and risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant degree preferred
- 7 or more years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years of direct, accountable experience in supply chain decisions
- Demonstrate ability to translate supply chain data and insights into actions
- Ability to build and execute account plans/workplans
- Experience developing and monitoring category strategies
- Builds and sustains trust-based relationships
- Communicates confidently to senior audiences
- Identifies issues, evaluates options, and drives solutions through ambiguity and competing priorities.
