About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead negotiation of complex contract terms and conditions
  • Partner with Legal to draft, refine, and validate contract language
  • Manage the full sourcing lifecycle including opportunity assessment and RFP design
  • Develop sourcing strategies based on spend analysis and market trends
  • Identify and propose cost-savings initiatives
  • Oversee contract maintenance including compliance evaluation
  • Use analytical tools and contracting platforms
  • Present negotiation updates to clients and leadership
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships
  • Communicate complex strategies clearly to executive-level audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant degree preferred: Business, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience including sourcing and contracting in perioperative and PPI space
  • Expertise in drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex terms and conditions
  • Proven ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
