Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and execution of sourcing and contracting strategies
Draft and redline contract terms and conditions
Participate in supplier negotiations by preparing materials and summarizing issues
Ensure contract documents reflect agreed updates
Elevate complex negotiation items to senior sourcing executives
Contribute to sourcing strategies by collecting and analyzing data
Assist in RFP creation and initial evaluations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree preferred
2 or more years of relevant experience required
Foundational experience in contract review, redlining, or negotiation support preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and identify trends
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
