About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and enhancement of products focused on Indirect Spend and Purchased Services categories within the healthcare spend management ecosystem.
Contribute to managing the full product lifecycle for existing products.
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
Assist in managing product business planning and lifecycle activities.
Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand business needs.
Prioritize and coordinate product backlogs for assigned products and enhancements.
Develop product and enhancement release plans and support product release activities.
Conduct stakeholder and user interviews to gather requirements.
Collaborate with UX and project management teams to translate business requirements into development-ready artifacts.
Ensure product functionality aligns with user and business needs.
Analyze and interpret data to identify business opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience in the supply chain industry preferred, including knowledge of Indirect Spend and Purchased Services categories required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Experience supporting analytics products and workflow solutions preferred.
Familiarity with emerging AI solutions supporting Product Management practices preferred.
Experience collaborating with engineering partners to support product delivery initiatives preferred.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams preferred.
Willingness to travel.
