About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a liaison between end users, product management, and business units to gather and document high-level epic and feature requirements with guidance from senior team members.
Develop and launch products that deliver value to clients and the organization.
Assist in developing and maintaining the quarterly product roadmap and presenting updates to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, continuously reassessing priorities based on business and client needs.
Communicate product goals and vision to development teams and adapt priorities as updates occur.
Collaborate with business analysts, engineering teams, and User Experience (UX) designers to align solutions with client requirements.
Advocate for users and clients through voice-of-customer research, user interviews, observation, UX testing, and validation activities.
Support cross-functional teams in developing user guides and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with stakeholders.
Support project teams during design, development, and Quality Assurance (QA) testing by clarifying high-level requirements and product functionality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Strong experience with Agile software development methodologies, including QA, UAT, and UX, required.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
Experience communicating technical concepts and data to multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams required.
Familiarity with data visualization and documentation tools required.
Healthcare experience in a provider, supplier, or consulting environment highly preferred.
Willingness to travel.
