About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage consulting projects to deliver strategic, operational, and analytical solutions for clients.
Develop and execute project plans that align with timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Present recommendations and findings to client leadership and key stakeholders.
Facilitate client meetings, discussions, and project updates.
Manage mid to senior-level client relationships and maintain alignment on project expectations.
Utilize project management methodologies to guide work efforts and ensure successful project delivery.
Identify opportunities to enhance products, services, tools, or methodologies within the functional area.
Support business development efforts by identifying potential upsell opportunities and collaborating with senior team members.
Contribute to the development and sharing of intellectual capital, best practices, and example deliverables across the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience interpreting and presenting complex data insights to senior stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience facilitating client meetings and delivering presentations preferred.
Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and clients.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
