About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the execution of commercial strategy by translating account insights, performance metrics, and client needs into actionable intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account planning.
- Deliver data-driven insights that inform decision-making and growth strategies.
- Support revenue intelligence strategies by delivering actionable insights to sales and account management teams.
- Develop and maintain enterprise account plans to support strategic execution.
- Provide tools, templates, and training to enable consistent account strategy execution across teams.
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and identify gaps to improve overall account health.
- Generate standardized and automated reporting in partnership with BI and analytics teams.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, ensuring accuracy of account, opportunity, and client interaction information.
- Identify growth opportunities by applying knowledge of solutions and client challenges.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in SaaS account management, revenue operations, or customer success environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data management practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with business intelligence or sales analytics tools preferred.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
