Lead the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy for cybersecurity.
Ensure every employee interaction with security policies, tools, Disaster Recovery (DR) communications, and access processes is clear, engaging, and empowering.
Translate complex technical and risk requirements into accessible, action-oriented experiences.
Own the Cybersecurity Intranet page.
Lead enterprise-wide awareness campaigns.
Shape security communication strategies to build a culture of resilience and confidence.
Develop and maintain a security-aligned DEX roadmap integrating policy rollouts and behavior change initiatives.
Map and optimize end-to-end employee journeys across security policies and tools.
Lead change management efforts for security-related initiatives.
Establish and lead the DR communication framework.

Requirements

Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Demonstrated experience leading employee experience (DEX), internal communications, or change management initiatives required.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable communication required.
Experience developing, managing, and governing intranet or digital content platforms required.
Experience designing awareness campaigns and measuring engagement or behavior change outcomes preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills required.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or SOC 2 required.
3 or more years of experience supporting cybersecurity, enterprise risk, or compliance initiatives preferred.
Willingness to travel.
