About the role
- Lead the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy for cybersecurity.
- Ensure every employee interaction with security policies, tools, Disaster Recovery (DR) communications, and access processes is clear, engaging, and empowering.
- Translate complex technical and risk requirements into accessible, action-oriented experiences.
- Own the Cybersecurity Intranet page.
- Lead enterprise-wide awareness campaigns.
- Shape security communication strategies to build a culture of resilience and confidence.
- Develop and maintain a security-aligned DEX roadmap integrating policy rollouts and behavior change initiatives.
- Map and optimize end-to-end employee journeys across security policies and tools.
- Lead change management efforts for security-related initiatives.
- Establish and lead the DR communication framework.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Demonstrated experience leading employee experience (DEX), internal communications, or change management initiatives required.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable communication required.
- Experience developing, managing, and governing intranet or digital content platforms required.
- Experience designing awareness campaigns and measuring engagement or behavior change outcomes preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills required.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or SOC 2 required.
- 3 or more years of experience supporting cybersecurity, enterprise risk, or compliance initiatives preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
