Support the development and enhancement of a single product by translating client and stakeholder needs into prioritized backlogs and clear, actionable requirements
Serve as the voice of the customer and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog and continuously evaluate and adjust priorities
Gather, clarify, and document user and business requirements
Facilitate Agile ceremonies for a single scrum team
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, BAs, and QA to ensure solutions meet customer needs

Requirements

2 or more years of relevant Product Owner experience required
Experience working in Agile software development environments required
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences required
Experience with finance and supply chain data preferred
Experience writing SQL Queries preferred
Healthcare experience is preferred
Relevant degree preferred
