About the role
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of value-based utilization initiatives from concept through launch readiness.
- Drive clarity, structure, and disciplined execution to ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, cross-functionally aligned, and positioned to achieve measurable clinical and financial outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with analytics, clinical, sourcing, and implementation partners while maintaining strong ownership, precision, and accountability in complex, evolving environments.
- Lead initiative planning and execution from idea intake through implementation readiness.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across analytics, clinical stakeholders, sourcing, and implementation teams.
- Define and document initiative scope, including categorization, assumptions, and success metrics.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables while holding stakeholders accountable to prevent delays.
- Partner with Product Implementation Managers to ensure operational alignment and readiness.
- Validate reporting logic and outputs to ensure alignment with approved scope and definitions.
- Support identification and intake of new initiative opportunities with analytics and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate structured, action-oriented stakeholder meetings focused on outcomes.
- Conduct post-implementation debriefs and drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Demonstrated project management experience, preferably within healthcare, supply chain, clinical, or operational environments.
- Experience working in highly cross-functional settings with analytics, clinical leaders, and implementation teams.
- Strong ability to influence without authority and engage senior, diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven track record of managing initiatives tied to financial and performance outcomes.
- Expertise in scope definition, stakeholder communication, and risk identification.
