About the role
- Drive measurable client performance improvement through data analysis, strategic planning, and execution oversight
- Serve as the primary advisor to executive-level stakeholders, aligning client initiatives with enterprise goals to maximize outcomes
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth through cross-sell and up-sell strategies
- Leverage data and analytics to diagnose performance gaps and communicate insights through compelling, results-oriented narratives
- Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption, alignment, and measurable transformation
- Partner across business units and delivery teams to execute integrated performance improvement strategies
- Analyze financial performance and key business drivers to optimize value realization
- Coach and develop leaders and team members to enhance analytical, strategic, and communication capabilities
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and influence executive decision-making with confidence and credibility.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred
- 10 or more years of relevant experience required in healthcare supply chain operations, consulting, or strategic account leadership within a health system or IDN
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing measurable performance improvement initiatives
- Strong executive communication, analytical, and change leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent business and financial acumen
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
