About the role

  • Drive measurable client performance improvement through data analysis, strategic planning, and execution oversight
  • Serve as the primary advisor to executive-level stakeholders, aligning client initiatives with enterprise goals to maximize outcomes
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth through cross-sell and up-sell strategies
  • Leverage data and analytics to diagnose performance gaps and communicate insights through compelling, results-oriented narratives
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption, alignment, and measurable transformation
  • Partner across business units and delivery teams to execute integrated performance improvement strategies
  • Analyze financial performance and key business drivers to optimize value realization
  • Coach and develop leaders and team members to enhance analytical, strategic, and communication capabilities
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations and influence executive decision-making with confidence and credibility.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience required in healthcare supply chain operations, consulting, or strategic account leadership within a health system or IDN
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing measurable performance improvement initiatives
  • Strong executive communication, analytical, and change leadership skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent business and financial acumen
  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
