About the role
- Direct a team of Senior Account Executives to develop and implement strategies for strategic pharmacy accounts that leverage Provista and Vizient resources.
- Manage the sales pipeline and profitability for strategic pharmacy accounts to achieve revenue growth and utilization goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to client executive leadership, providing insight and direction on maximizing value from Provista solutions.
- Oversee creation and delivery of proposals, pricing models, and presentations that effectively translate client needs into tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations to secure long-term, profitable agreements with strategic pharmacy accounts.
- Develop client strategies that align with their operational and financial priorities while meeting Provista objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive member savings, performance tracking, and overall solution adoption.
- Deliver persuasive, executive-level communications with clarity and confidence to internal and external audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance metrics to ensure accountability and results.
- Foster a high-performing sales culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and client success.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 10 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Proven leadership experience managing senior-level sales professionals in a national or enterprise account environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving strategic sales growth and profitability within healthcare or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining C-suite relationships.
- Ability to analyze complex business challenges and design data-driven solutions.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales performance tools preferred.
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
