About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct advanced financial and operational analyses to identify performance improvement opportunities and translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations
Develop and execute project plans meeting schedules, budgets, contractual deliverables, and expected value
Lead defined consulting projects and workstreams independently or with cross-functional project teams
Facilitate client meetings and present findings and recommendations to vice presidents and senior client leaders
Manage mid- to senior-level client relationships, expectations, and requests
Guide less experienced consultants on data interpretation, analytical approaches, and storytelling
Respond to client requests involving data analysis, strategy development, performance improvement, and coaching
Identify expansion opportunities and support sales and client growth efforts
Develop and enhance consulting products, services, tools, methodologies, and intellectual capital
Monitor engagement budgets, project performance, and client chargeable hours

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree preferred
5 or more years of relevant experience required
Experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare purchased services or support services required
Experience coordinating or managing projects and applying project management methodologies required
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and develop actionable recommendations
Excellent facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and written and verbal communication skills with senior client audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects within complex, cross-functional environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables
