About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify new sales opportunities through outbound email, social media, and calling.
- Help the sales team reach out to inbound leads and set meetings.
- Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- Schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives.
- Track and manage all activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to establish and test lead generation strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Understanding of outbound sales strategies and tactics.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Quick learner and adaptable to changes.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Experience working remotely and/or in a startup environment.
- Willingness to spend 2-3 days per week at our office in San Francisco.
