About the role

  • Own the development, maintenance, and ongoing management of a centralized marketing campaign dashboard tracking performance across Product Marketing, Organic Social Media, and Paid Media, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to define dashboard requirements, standardized metrics, and reporting views aligned to business objectives and campaign goals.
  • Develop and maintain a holistic measurement framework that integrates dashboard outputs into broader marketing reporting and analysis.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, presentations, and executive-ready summaries.
  • Synthesize data across platforms to deliver cohesive performance narratives rather than siloed channel reporting.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Paid Media and paid media buyers to support performance analysis, optimization strategies, and testing insights.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Organic Social teams to evaluate campaign and content effectiveness.
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives by analyzing results and providing structured readouts with implications for future planning.
  • Establish and document best practices for reporting cadence, metric definitions, and data usage.
  • Identify gaps in tracking, tooling, or data availability and recommend improvements in collaboration with internal partners.
  • From time to time, serve as a consultant to marketing teams on measurement strategy and performance insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, marketing performance, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing analysis, or marketing insights.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, organic social media, and product marketing performance metrics across various digital channels (social media, SEM, display advertising, etc.).
  • Past experience managing live reports via dashboarding tools like Looker, Domo, PowerBI, Supermetrics, etc.
  • Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and spreadsheets.
  • Experience developing and presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience, with a record that demonstrates suitable preparation for this position
