About the role
- Execute key sales strategies to drive adoption of Viz.ai’s oncology solutions within assigned territories, including hospitals, pulmonary service lines, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for Viz.ai’s oncology-focused products.
- Partner with clinical, marketing, and product teams to convey customer feedback and market insights, helping shape product development and positioning.
- Leverage clinical data and outcomes studies to educate stakeholders on workflow inefficiencies and patient care improvements enabled by Viz.ai’s pulmonology platform.
- Deliver expert presentations and provide technical support for the on-label use of Viz.ai oncology products.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers, Area Directors, and Marketing to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns for oncology service lines.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., RN, RT, EMT, or related field) preferred.
- 3+ years of consultative, quota-based selling experience in oncology, medical devices, or healthcare software.
- Proven, consistent track record of exceeding sales targets (President’s Club or equivalent top-performer recognition).
- Demonstrated success selling across multiple customer stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and C-suite executives.
- Experience developing and expanding new markets, driving adoption of novel clinical technologies, and executing go-to-market strategies with measurable results.
- Background in oncology medicine, respiratory therapy or related therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
- Available and willing to travel up to 50%, including occasional evenings and weekends.
