About the role
- Own and manage the marketing technology stack, including automation, CRM integrations, attribution, and reporting systems.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting that track funnel performance, conversion rates, spend efficiency, and ROI across programs and channels.
- Partner with Demand, Digital, Product Marketing, and Business Development to ensure clean handoffs, consistent definitions, and shared performance metrics.
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and spend-to-plan tracking, ensuring accountability and capital efficiency.
- Operationalize campaign execution, including timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
- Support experimentation and optimization by enabling A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Work closely with RevOps to align data models, lifecycle stages, and attribution logic.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Understanding of modern GTM motions, including PLG, SLG, and hybrid models
- Experience building processes and systems in high-growth, evolving environments
