About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling activities for the implementation of technical projects.
  • Maintain and update records and documents related to implementation projects.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for project status meetings.
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers to ensure delivery of materials and services required for implementation.
  • Support the technical team with administrative tasks such as inventory control, document organization, and meeting scheduling.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in resolving administrative issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the technical team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in technical or project environments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
