About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist users by phone, portal, email, chat, and corporate tools in Portuguese and Spanish.
- Log, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents and requests in the ITSM tool.
- Execute support procedures for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, user access, and workstations.
- Perform password resets, user unlocks, and basic Active Directory validations according to procedures.
- Initial troubleshooting: perform basic diagnosis of hardware, software, connectivity, and corporate system issues.
- Escalate tickets to specialist teams when necessary, ensuring high-quality documentation of recorded information.
- Follow scripts, runbooks, and operational procedures, and contribute to user satisfaction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical education or currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Networks, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, technical support, or corporate user support.
- Fluent Spanish required, with verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, basic Active Directory, basic networking, and remote access tools.
